Yoink is a playful, social screen-time game. Your squad shares a pool of screen-time minutes, "yoink" minutes to unlock blocked apps, and earn them back with real-world actions like walking, workouts, and going outside.

Still nothing? Email support@yoinktime.com and tell us which country your number is from. Never send us your code.
Complete real-world actions like walking, workouts and push-ups to top up your squad's shared pool.
You can change any permission in iOS Settings.
Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Yoink, then change or cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open your squad from Profile, tap the speech-bubble menu beside that member, and choose Report or Block. Reporting opens a prefilled email to support@yoinktime.com with a preset reason. Blocking removes you from that squad and stops you sharing a squad with that person again; you can review or undo blocks in Profile → Settings → Safety. We review reports and act on them, up to removing accounts. Squads are private (invite code) unless the host makes them public, and Yoink has no profile pages or photo uploads.
Long-press the message, choose Report message and pick a reason, or Block that person (you leave the squad, and you won't be put in one together again). A reported message disappears for you straight away, and we review every report within 24 hours. A squad's host can delete any message, and you can always delete your own. Chat messages clear automatically after 24 hours.
In the app: Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and associated data and cannot be undone.
