Yoink is a playful, social screen-time game. Your squad shares a pool of screen-time minutes, "yoink" minutes to unlock blocked apps, and earn them back with real-world actions like walking, workouts, and going outside.

How do I get started?

Pick a name, turn on Screen Time, choose the apps to lock, then create a squad or join one with a code.

How do I earn screen-time minutes?

Complete real-world actions, walking/steps, workouts, push-ups, and Explore check-ins, to top up your squad's shared pool.

Why does Yoink need Screen Time / Health / Location / Camera permissions?

Screen Time: to lock and unlock the apps you choose to put in the game.
Health & Motion: to count steps and workouts so you can earn minutes.
Location: only when you tap to check in at an Explore spot, to confirm you're there.
Camera: to verify certain earn actions, such as going outside; images are processed on your device and never uploaded.

You can change any permission in iOS Settings.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Yoink, then change or cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and associated data and cannot be undone.
